Who we are

Terminator Platform ("we", "us") is operated by Michael Manuele on behalf of Niels Feijen, providing mental performance training, courses, and coaching to pool players. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

Account information — email, name, password hash. Used to authenticate you and provide the service. Legal basis: contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
Course activity — which lessons you view, quiz answers, progress. Used to run the course experience. Legal basis: contract.
Billing metadata — subscription status, plan, payment history reference IDs. Actual card data is held by Stripe; we never see it. Legal basis: contract + legal obligation (tax records).
Strictly necessary cookies — session cookies to keep you signed in. Cannot be disabled without breaking the service.
Analytics + marketing — only if you opt in via the consent banner. Off by default. Legal basis: consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).

Who we share with

We use a small number of processors and disclose them here:

Stripe — payment processing. Card data goes directly to Stripe; we receive only a customer + subscription ID.
Mux — video streaming for course lessons. Playback data (which lesson, watch time) is processed by Mux under their DPA.
Our infrastructure host — the VPS running this service.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it for third-party advertising.

Where your data lives

Our primary database and backups are hosted in Falkenstein, Germany (EU). Stripe and Mux operate globally; where required, standard contractual clauses cover any transfers.

How long we keep it

Active account data: while your account is open.
Billing records: seven years (typical tax retention).
Analytics events (if you consent): 25 months maximum.

Your rights

If you are in the EU/EEA, UK, or a jurisdiction with similar law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or object to the processing of your personal data. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Changing your consent

You can change your analytics and marketing choices at any time by clearing this site's local storage in your browser. A settings link will be added before public launch.
